Exchange & Returns Policy

At Imperfecto, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Important Guidelines

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we will not be able to address such issues beyond this timeframe with our courier partners.
  • We currently only offer exchanges. Returns and refunds are not applicable.
  • Imperfecto reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • While we are not responsible for courier-related delays, we will always ensure your order reaches you at the earliest possible time.

Size Exchange Process

We offer size exchanges to ensure the best fit for you.

Steps to request an exchange:

  1. Visit the Easy Exchange section on our website.
  2. Enter your Order Number and Phone Number.
  3. Submit your request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  4. Upload clear images of the product received.
  5. Submit the request.

Our team will review your request and get back to you shortly.

Important:

  • Exchanges can only be requested through the Easy Exchange portal.
  • Requests made via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel will not be accepted.
  • Exchange requests submitted after 3 days of delivery cannot be processed.

How it works:

  • Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a quality check
  • After approval, the exchanged size will be shipped to your address

Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be unused and in proper condition
  • Any size exchange will incur shipping charge
  • Upto one size exchange only

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you have received wrong product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the Easy Exchange section on our website.
  2. Enter your Order Number and Phone Number.
  3. Submit your request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  4. Select "Wrong Product Received" as the reason for exchange.
  5. Upload clear images of the product received.
  6. Submit the request.

Our team will review your request and get back to you shortly.

  • Clear images of the defect
  • Images of the outer courier packaging
  • Images of the original product packaging
  • Requests can only be raised through the Easy Exchange portal.
  • Requests made via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel will not be accepted.
