2. Our team will arrange a courier pickup for the original product from your address.

3. Once the pickup is scheduled, we will ship the replacement product to you.

• The product must be unused and in original packaging.

• This service is only for COD orders.

• This fee strictly covers logistics (pickup + redelivery) and is non-refundable.
